I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CN HR Consulting, a human resources and labour relations consulting firm providing strategic, compliant, and practical solutions to SMEs and individuals across South Africa.

I hold a qualification in Industrial Psychology from Rhodes University, one of South Africa’s most respected academic institutions. My academic training provided a rigorous and comprehensive grounding in organisational behaviour, employment relations, and workplace psychology, forming the intellectual foundation of my professional approach to human resources and labour relations.

I began my career in Human Resources and Labour Relations, where I have developed extensive, hands-on experience across the full HR and labour relations value chain. My work spans core HR compliance and operational support, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and complex labour disputes requiring a high level of procedural and legal precision.

I am deeply committed to ethical employment practices and sustainable workplace relations. I work closely with business owners and individuals to deliver clear, practical guidance that balances legal compliance with commercial realities, ensuring decisions are defensible, fair, and strategically sound.

As a young Black professional leading an HR and labour consulting firm, I bring both contemporary insight and disciplined execution to every mandate. CN HR Consulting supports clients across the spectrum — from establishing compliant HR frameworks to managing high-risk labour matters, including disciplinary hearings and dispute resolution.

In pursuit of continuous professional development and technical excellence, I am currently advancing my expertise through further studies in Labour Law, reinforcing my ability to advise and represent clients in increasingly complex labour environments.
